Please keep in mind that I am writing this before I have finished my first coffee. In case you are wondering it does make a difference. My thoughts are still garbled and befuddled without at least two under belt. Gotta think straight. Right??

WTF!! I have read and read and read some more. Going from blog to blog to see if I can make sense of what I am doing.

Ok, now that I have confused you as well let’s move forward.

We all know what readers are. Or at least I hope we do. We all want readers. Right?? Or Wrong??I mean if we have tons of readers then we are getting loads of pageviews. Or at least we should be if they are really dropping in to read what you wrote.
 

Now this is something I think is important.

Of course you my trusted friends will let me know if I am wrong here. Won’t You??

To get anywhere at all with blogging we need Unique Visitors. How else are we going to increase pageviews, readers, comments etc.

Hence I think it is vital to strive for Unique Visitors to our blogs.

Now I haven’t clue if pageviews are important or not.

What do you think?? Should we be looking at what pages they are targeting or is more important to check out the duration of their visit?

Everyone loves comments. They help out our blogs so much. My question (on 2^nd coffee now LOL)

Shouldn’t we not be responding to comments left on our blog?? Should we be thanking them personally?? Perhaps send them an email saying email saying thanks if it is their comment? Or going out of the way to visit the blog that left the comment behind?

Myself I try to respond to comments left. I also attempt to comment on their blog if I can. Some of them do not allow it.

I think Do Follow falls under comments as well. Why would we not have Do Not Follow??

Isn’t the whole idea to create backlinks and outoing links to and from our blog.
