Does the “First Day of Fall” bring back sweet memories of our childhood or does it make us fear what we know for sure is coming.

What does the “First Day of Fall” do for you?? For me it brings back memories so vivid that it seems like yesterday.

I can recall building leaf houses, (kinda like snow forts but not as solid, hmmm… wonder why LOL) with rooms, furniture and everything.

The intricate patterns you could create on the ground were strange, yet beautiful with all the different colours (colors) of the leaves.

Fall reminds me of the friends I used to play with, my sisters and brother, my dad and mom.  Oh what fun we used to have. I remember my poor Dad raking all those leaves and we in turn would mess it all again by jumping, rolling and throwing them around. He finally gave up and joined us.

I feel sad for those living in the Concrete Jungles and have never seen, smelled, nor played in falling leaves.
